What data we collect
During the early access phase, we collect the following personal data:
- Email address — provided voluntarily via the waitlist form on our website
- Professional role — if provided optionally in the sign-up form
- Basic usage data — pages visited, time spent, interactions (collected via cookies or analytics tools)
- IP address and device info — collected automatically for security and analytics purposes
We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, political or religious information).
Why we collect it — Legal basis
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under GDPR Article 6:
- Consent (Art. 6.1.a) — for sending early access communications and product updates. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) — for basic analytics to improve the service and prevent fraud.
We will never sell your data to third parties or use it for automated profiling with significant legal effects.
How we use your data
Your email address is used exclusively to:
- Confirm your place on the early access waitlist
- Notify you when access becomes available
- Send product updates and information relevant to the service (max frequency: once per month during early access)
You can unsubscribe from all communications at any time using the link in any email we send.
Who we share data with
We may share your data with the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Loops— for sending communications
- Google Analytics— for usage statistics
- Netlify— for serving the website
Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements with us. We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) without appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep your data
We retain your email address on the waitlist until:
- You unsubscribe or request deletion, or
- 12 months have passed without any interaction from you, or
- The early access phase concludes and you do not convert to a registered user
After deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

As a data subject under GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
